Located within the Capital Square precinct above Elizabeth Quay, our Sky Lounge offers breathtaking 360° views of Perth's city skyline and the Swan River, creating one of the city's most exciting dining destinations.
As we prepare to open, we are looking for enthusiastic and service-focused F&B; Attendants to join our founding team and help create polished, welcoming and memorable guest experiences from day one.
About the Role
Reporting to the F&B; Supervisor and Venue Manager, you will support daily restaurant and bar operations to deliver an efficient, friendly and high-quality guest experience.
You will provide floor service and food running, process guest orders through the POS system and assist with payments where required. You will also support bar duties, including responsible service of alcohol, in line with your training, qualifications and venue policy.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and support restaurant and bar service areas, including opening checks.
Prepare and replenish service supplies, including cutlery, condiments, napkins, glassware and garnishes.
Provide friendly, attentive service and respond professionally to guest needs and feedback.
Take orders, process payments, and assist with food and beverage running.
Support VIP and special guest experiences as required.
Keep allocated areas clean, organised and ready for service during peak periods.
Follow hygiene, food safety,
cleanliness and WHS standards at all times.
Carry out responsible service of alcohol duties, including ID checks, refusing service where required and reporting hazards or breakages.
Support pre-opening training, service trials and venue setup activities.
The Successful Candidate Will Possess
1–2 years' hospitality experience, ideally in a café, restaurant or bar.
Barista and bartending skills are desirable.
Strong communication skills and a genuine guest service mindset.
Comfort working across a mixed workplace, including day restaurant service and evening bar support.
Knowledge of hygiene, food safety and RSA requirements.
Experience using POS systems and handling payments is preferred.
Current RSA and Food Handler certificates.
