National Service Billing Co‐ordinator
to join our Service Administration team in Macquarie Park and play a critical role in supporting our national service operations.
Reporting to the National Service Administration Team Leader, the National Service Billing Co‐ordinator is responsible for collecting and processing billing information to ensure accurate and timely invoicing across our service operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented administrator who enjoys customer interaction, data management and working within a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
Responsibilities include:
Customer Calls
: Contact customers to obtain meter readings for Toshiba's Multi-Function Devices.
Billing Data Entry
: Accurately enter billing data.
Meter Reading Data Entry
: Record meter readings received into Oracle.
Invoice Processing
: Handle the entry of dealer invoices into Oracle.
Desired Skills and Experience
Other requirements:
Minimum of 2 years in administration or customer service roles
Oracle experience preferred but not mandatory
Exceptional communication skills




Strong customer service abilities
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
