As the Manager Reward, you will lead and shape our corporate compensation, global mobility, advantages, payroll, and HR data systems across Australia and New Zealand. Working as a key leader within our HR team, you will ensure our remuneration structures stay fair, competitive, and closely aligned with global frameworks, all while driving operational excellence across our payroll and HR technology platforms.
Reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources, you will mentor a dedicated team of Payroll professionals and Global Mobility Specialists, serving as a trusted subject matter expert for senior leadership.
This role will see you:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team across payroll and global mobility, fostering continuous capability growth.
Sponsor key annual salary reviews, incentive schemes, bonus variables, and market benchmarking initiatives.
Oversee end-to-end, compliant, and timely payroll processing across Australian and New Zealand jurisdictions.
Drive the global mobility strategy, supporting regional schemes and managing smooth international visa transitions.
Direct job evaluation, grading, and pay equity modelling to ensure our remuneration structures attract and retain top talent.
Partner closely with HR leadership on Enterprise Agreement bargaining cycles through cost modelling and data analytics.
Ensure data integrity and privacy across HR technology systems like Workday and Chris21.

The skills and experience suited to this role include:
Significant experience managing a Finance or HR-related function at a senior level, including budgetary control and reporting in a matrix structure.
Proven track record in designing corporate salary bands, market benchmarking, and managing complex annual remuneration cycles.
Strong background in payroll operations, compliance, statutory tax laws, and audit controls across Australia and New Zealand.
Deep operational knowledge of global mobility strategies, visa sponsorship, and immigration pathways.
High level of commercial acumen, data analytical capability, and a passion for leading high-performing teams.
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
