We're seeking an experienced Quality Control / Foreman / Workshop Controller to lead and manage our workshop operations. This is a hands‐on leadership role overseeing vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance while ensuring exceptional quality standards and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead and supervise workshop technicians and support staff
n
Oversee all vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance work
n
Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards
n
Manage workshop scheduling and workflow optimization
n
Identify and resolve quality issues and technical challenges
n
Liaise with service advisors and customer service teams
n
Maintain accurate documentation and service records
n
Implement safety and procedural compliance across the workshop
n
Drive continuous improvement in processes and team performance
n

Proven experience as a workshop foreman, quality controller or supervisor
