About the Role
As Principal Corporate Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in shaping & delivering EDQ's corporate marketing strategy. You will use market insights, content & industry trends to develop targeted marketing initiatives that strengthen EDQ's brand, engage key audiences & support organisational priorities.
In this role
Develop & deliver strategic marketing plans aligned with EDQ's long-term objectives
Lead content marketing, digital & social media initiatives to enhance engagement, reach & brand presence
Coordinate industry events, partnerships & sponsorships that support EDQ's strategic vision
Maintain a cohesive corporate identity & ensure consistency across marketing channels & visual assets




Develop creative briefs & collaborate with internal stakeholders & external agencies to deliver high-quality outcomes
Manage marketing budgets & expenditure, ensuring appropriate financial oversight & value for money
Provide proactive, data-driven marketing advice & identify opportunities for innovation & continuous improvement
About You
10+ years' marketing experience, ideally within the property sector
Strong experience developing & delivering integrated marketing campaigns
Expertise across digital channels, social media & content marketing
The ability to use market insights, data & industry trends to inform strategy
Strong stakeholder, agency & industry relationship management skills
Experience coordinating events, sponsorships, partnerships & marketing budgets
A strategic mindset with a focus on brand, innovation & continuous improvement
A collaborative approach & the ability to provide trusted marketing advice across the organisation
A current driver's licence is mandatory, & travel may be required from time to time.
