About the role
As our Senior Organisational Development Business Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping workplace culture, capability and organisational effectiveness across the Ministry.
Working closely with executive leaders and business areas,



you'll design and deliver strategic organisational development initiatives that drive engagement, strengthen leadership capability and support positive workplace experiences.
From culture transformation to leadership development, workforce capability and employee experience programs, you'll help influence the future of how we work.
This is a role for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery and is motivated by creating lasting organisational impact.
Partner with stakeholders to identify organisational development opportunities and deliver solutions aligned to business priorities.
Lead the design, implementation and evaluation of culture, leadership and capability initiatives.
Drive key organisational programs including workplace culture, employee engagement, recognition initiatives and full employee lifecycle.
Facilitate workshops, consultations and engagement activities with diverse stakeholder groups.
Build robust partnerships across the Ministry system to support organisational priorities.
About You

You'll be successful in this role if you have:
Demonstrated experience delivering organisational development, culture, leadership or workforce capability initiatives in a complex environment.
Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.




Strong end to end project management and program delivery capabilities.
The ability to translate organisational priorities into practical and impactful people solutions.
Highly developed communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills.
Most importantly, you'll bring curiosity, initiative, authenticity and a genuine commitment to helping people and organisations succeed.
