Are you a motivated and customer service focused person with administrative experience who would love to join our amazing Satellite Dialysis team?
You will be providing an efficient and effective administrative service within the Satellite Dialysis Unit and the Renal Department attending to patients and staff over the phone and face-to-face.

The Administration Officer, Satellite Dialysis Unit provides a range of administrative, secretarial and clerical support services to enable this medical specialty at the Sutherland Hospital to achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner.

Selection Crietera:
Previous experience in clerical/administrative roles, performing a wide range of administrative tasks.
Effective customer service skills and the ability to maintain a professional attitude at all times
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and the ability to confidently and courteously deal with a variety of people.
Demonstrated excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure in a busy setting.
Computer literacy and typing skills with demonstrated experience in the use of electronic patient administration systems (e.g. eMR Scheduling, eMR, PowerChart, iPM) and Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word.
Demonstrated understanding of the operation of outpatient clinics, including knowledge of patient billing and related processes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team while promoting positive workplace culture
