Manage established local or flagship hospitality venues

Lead, develop and motivate venue teams

Oversee venue operations across food, beverage and gaming, where applicable

Drive venue performance and KPIs

Requirements
n
n
Previous management or leadership experience within a pub, bar or busy hospitality venue
n
Strong operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming, where applicable
n
Ability to lead, develop and motivate venue teams
n
Commercial awareness and understanding of venue performance and KPIs
n
Hands-on leadership style and passion for great customer experiences
n
Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and any other qualifications required for the role and location
n
