InOne Healthcare is seeking a passionate and experienced Community Physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Fairfield. This dynamic role offers variety, independence, and the chance to make a meaningful difference through in home and aged care physiotherapy.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services in clients' homes and community settings
Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalised rehabilitation programs
Focus on falls prevention,



mobility, pain management & strength training
Manage your own caseload with flexibility and autonomy
Collaborate with clients, families, carers, and other health professionals
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports
About You
Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
Experience in community, mobile, or aged care physiotherapy (highly regarded)
Strong clinical reasoning and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Passionate about person-centred care
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel locally
NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check & WWCC (or willing to obtain)
