About The Position
n
This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a supportive, collaborative, and high-performing clinical placements team within the Faculty of Health Sciences & Medicine. With a strong emphasis on wellbeing, professional development, and shared success, you will play an important part in shaping the future of our placements service while working closely with colleagues across the Faculty.
n
In this position, you will work alongside the Manager, Clinical Placements and the broader team to deliver high-quality administrative, operational, and coordination support for student placement experiences. You will contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of placement processes, business systems, and compliance activities, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and a positive experience for students, academics, and clinical partners.

You will collaborate with academic staff, professional colleagues, and external providers to maintain clear communication, coordinate placement logistics, and uphold the quality and integrity of curriculum-related placement activities. Your contribution will help ensure that students and stakeholders are well-supported, informed, and engaged throughout the placement lifecycle.

Reporting to the Manager, Clinical Placements, you will be an active team contributor - supporting shared workflows, participating in continuous improvement initiatives, and helping maintain efficient systems, processes, and communication channels across the Faculty.

including advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to support, guide, and train others in relevant systems.

Brings significant experience in contract administration, business systems, and stakeholder liaison, or holds a relevant business qualification that supports effective engagement with high-level external partners.

Salary details

The salary for the position commences at $85,****** per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
