Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District is seeking an Aboriginal Care Coordinator to support, guide, and refer Aboriginal clients to access timely ISLHD cancer services. The role advances access, equity, and holistic care, coordinating care around connection to land, family and community factors.
This is a temporary full time position until 30 June ****, with a focus on closing the gap in cancer outcomes for Aboriginal people.
