With projects typically ranging from $100m to $350m+, this is an opportunity to join a business delivering some of the Gold Coast's most significant developments.

About The Role
n
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of a major residential development on the Gold Coast.
n
Working closely with the Project Manager and wider construction team, you will be responsible for driving site operations and ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Managing all day-to-day site construction activities
n
Leading and coordinating subcontractors, trades and site personnel
n
Managing construction sequencing, programming and site logistics
n
Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with quality and safety requirements
n
Driving programme and productivity outcomes
n
Coordinating with the Project Manager, consultants and key stakeholders
n
Identifying and resolving construction issues as they arise
n




Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders
n
Supporting the successful delivery of a major residential development from construction through to completion
n
n
About You
n
You will be an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record delivering large-scale residential or high-rise projects.
n
Ideally, you will have:
n
n
Proven experience as a Site Manager on projects valued at $100m+
n
Strong knowledge of construction methodology, sequencing and programming
n
Experience managing large subcontractor packages and site teams
n
Strong leadership and communication skills
n
A proactive approach to problem solving and project delivery
n
Strong understanding of WHS, quality and construction processes
n
Relevant construction qualification
n
A stable employment history demonstrating successful project delivery
n
