What Do You Need to Be Successful?
Workingtowards or holding a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care(or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Avalid WWCC/Blue Card
Trainingin Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety (or willingness to obtain)
Knowledgeof Child Safe Standards, NQF, and EYLF
Agenuine love for early childhood education, with excellent communicationskills and a solid commitment to fostering positive relationships withfamilies and the community
