Mission Australia is seeking a dedicated Case Worker to join the Homeless Youth Assistance Program (HYAP) in Dareton, NSW. You will assist young people aged 12 to 15 to reconnect with family, culture and community, or transition to secure and sustainable long-term accommodation where needed.
