701 Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Retaining Wall Labourer to join an established earthmoving crew working across civil and subdivision projects.
n
About the Role
n
You'll be working alongside an excavator operator, assisting with the installation of concrete sleeper retaining walls. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who knows how retaining wall sleepers are positioned, guided and installed.
n
Important:
n
There is no concreting involved. Concrete sleepers are the material being installed — your main role is assisting the operator with setup,



guiding and positioning.
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Previous experience with concrete sleeper retaining walls
n
Timber retaining wall experience will also be considered
n
Civil construction/labouring experience
n
Comfortable working around excavators and heavy machinery
n
Good understanding of site safety
n
White Card
n
Reliable and physically fit
n
n
