Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Medical Workforce Coordinator to manage day‐to‐day administrative and workforce needs of medical staff across Blacktown and Mount Druitt Hospitals. You will guide managers, support the JMO Manager and help ensure processes are accurate, timely and compliant.
The role involves coordinating rosters, leave, timesheets and pay enquiries, overseeing weekly rosters and supporting recruitment, onboarding and terminations for junior and senior medical
