Murrumbidgee Local Health District is seeking a Case Manager for the Out of Home Care Health Pathways Program. You will work as a Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, or Psychologist to support children and young people entering OOHC, coordinating health assessments and management plans.
The role offers a contract to 30 June **** with a comprehensive remuneration package and opportunities to contribute to improved health and wellbeing outcomes in NSW communities.
