Are You the Right Fit?
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate mental health nurse who is committed to delivering high-quality, recovery-oriented care. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, and will bring sound clinical judgement and a strong understanding of trauma-informed and least restrictive therapeutic practices. You will be confident in supporting people with complex mental health needs, making safe and evidence-based clinical decisions, and working collaboratively with consumers, families and the multidisciplinary team.

Selection Criteria

Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a post graduate qualification in a relevant clinical field or education post graduate qualification or a combination of education training and clinical experience deemed appropriate by SWSLHD.
How do you plan, execute, and evaluate clinical teaching and education programs that align with both the operational and strategic objectives of an organisation while considering the unique needs of diverse staff levels and roles?
How do you ensure that mentorship and professional relationships within the clinical setting facilitate ongoing learning and support for nurses at all levels of experience and expertise?
