Generous orientation support period:
No billable targets for your initial 6 months to allow you to meet the team, shadow other therapists, attend internal professional development opportunities, settle into the culture of Pinarc and learn new processes while gradually building your caseload
Once you've completed your orientation period you will have a billable target of 65% or approximately 5 hours per full day for the remainder of your first year- bonuses offered when achieving over target

About the role:
You will be responsible for providing evidence-based clinical services under the mentoring and guidance of highly trained and experienced Senior Clinicians and Team Leaders, and make a real difference in the lives of children and/or adults with developmental delay and/or disability.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Clinical service delivery under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
Engage in and lead clinical work that is guided by evidence based practice
Develop and communicate ideas for innovation and improvementRecognise and support cultural, spiritual and neurodiversity of customers
Ensure clear customer documentation
Work collaboratively, with enthusiasm, recognising contributions from all members of the team
Actively participate in staff supervision process




Be solution-focused, honest and responsive to new directions and program requirements
Qualifications and experience:
Bachelor or Masters of Physiotherapy
Current membership with AHPRA
Safety Screening including WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check

Please note: NDIS Worker Screening Check has been adopted in Victoria under a strict "no check, no start" policy. This means that all recent employees commencing with Pinarc after 1 February **** must hold a valid check before starting work. If you do not currently hold a check but are the successful applicant, you will be required to apply via the Services Victoria website.
