Job Description
Opteon Property Group seeks a Regional Director / Associate Director based in South East Queensland to lead a high‐performing team of valuers across Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. You will drive operational performance, coach staff, and embed Opteon processes while delivering value to clients.

You will bring proven leadership, extensive valuation experience (5+ years preferred) and a postgraduate qualification, with API membership benefiting strategic growth and client development.
