About the role
As the Administration Support Officer – Tackling Regional Adversity through Connected Communities (TRACC) and Disaster Recovery, you'll provide high quality, confidential administrative and secretarial support to the TRACC Clinician and Disaster Recovery team. You'll play an important role in keeping programs organised, connected and running effectively, while supporting initiatives that help individuals and communities impacted by adversity, disasters and other significant events.
This is a varied role where your organisation, communication and people skills will make a difference.
You'll be a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and contribute to the coordination of meetings, events, communications, reporting and day-to-day program operations.

Requirements
C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.
Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks.
Blue Card Check
: Potential applicants are advised that the Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian Act **** requires Queensland Health to seek a 'working with children check; from the Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian prior to appointment to this position.
This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis.
A period of probation may apply.
