This structured graduate pathway supports newly registered Enrolled Nurses to consolidate clinical knowledge, skills, and qualified competence as they transition into safe, confident, and accountable practice.
Participants will rotate for two six-month periods across Specialist Clinics, Emergency Department, Inpatient Ward, and Surgical Admissions & Recovery,
