About the role
n
The Warehouse Operator, Counter Sales role is a Full-time position, based at Mile End, SA. Reporting to the Store Manager you will join our Gyprock Trade Centre and assist in the customer service, sales, and warehouse duties.
n
In this role you will:
n
n
Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers (walk in, email and phone)
n
To assist in the day-to-day activities within the store and within the warehouse.
n
Processing orders, invoices, and payments.
n
Maintaining high standards of displays and merchandising in our store.
n
A forklift license is essential to perform warehouse duties.
n
n
The Store's standard operating hours are Monday to Friday: 6.30am - 4pm, Saturday 7.30am-*****am.
n
Your ordinary hours of work will be 38 hours per week, commencing at 6:30am. You may be required to work additional hours to meet operational requirements.
n
Any hours worked beyond 38 hours per week will be paid in accordance with applicable overtime provisions providing you with the opportunity to earn additional income.
