About the role:
Based at the
Arundel Commercial Centre
, you will be a key part of the
Used Vehicles
team, helping customers find the right vehicle while building lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
Your day-to-day will include:
Guiding customers through the full sales journey, from initial enquiry and test drives through to delivery, so every interaction reflects the standard Frizelle Sunshine Automotive is known for
Managing a pipeline of leads across walk-in, phone, and digital channels, giving you genuine variety in how you spend your time
Presenting and demonstrating used vehicles with confidence, drawing on your product knowledge to match customers with the right fit
Working toward individual sales targets that reward your effort directly
Collaborating with finance and after-sales teams to ensure a smooth handover experience for every customer
About You:
You bring energy, honesty, and a genuine interest in people, and you understand that a great sale starts with a great conversation.
More about you:
Previous experience in vehicle sales or a customer-facing sales role is highly regarded
A current Queensland driver's licence is essential
Strong communication skills that help customers feel informed and confident in their decision
Comfortable working to targets,



with a track record of following through
Organised and self-directed, able to manage multiple customers and conversations without losing focus on detail
