About the role
Turn data into action. Lead data management, analysis, reporting and KPIs to keep mental health and AOD services on track and meeting targets. Be the information guru. Support information teams, champion accurate CIMHA reporting, build better systems and deliver training that keeps everyone on the same page. Lead people and operations. Oversee teams, recruitment, performance, budgets and resources while driving smarter processes, continuous improvement and high-quality corporate services. Bring everyone together. Work with clinical teams, managers and executives to solve problems, communicate clearly and build a resilient, collaborative team focused onquality care and better outcomes.

Confident managing people, resources and budgets while keeping things running smoothly.
You can dive into complex data and reports, spot the story behind the numbers and pick up new tech and systems quickly.
Client-focused, team-oriented and a confident communicator who can solve problems, negotiate and get things done with minimal supervision.
What we offer
Total remuneration value of up to $139,030 p.a. is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $***** - $***** p.h.
