About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your clinical expertise, assessment skills and commitment to person-centred care will directly support consumers and their families during times of crisis.
This position plays a key role in delivering high‐quality, person‐centred care and supporting individuals experiencing acute mental health challenges. In this role you will:
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and provide timely acute care and crisis intervention.
Deliver person‐centred, recovery‐focused care through effective case management and clinical support.
Triage referrals and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, consumers, families and external stakeholders.
Provide expert mental health nursing advice while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and promoting best practice.




Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Recent experience delivering mental health assessments, acute care interventions and crisis response.
Strong clinical assessment, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective therapeutic relationships.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while delivering person‐centred, recovery‐focused care.
A commitment to evidence‐based practice, continuous professional development, quality improvement, and the resilience, integrity and accountability to thrive in a dynamic clinical environment.
