South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager Level 2 to lead the Triple I Hub in a central intake model. You will oversee intake, referrals, and service coordination, while driving clinical governance, quality improvement and workforce development.
You will lead nursing and administrative staff, foster collaboration with hospital teams and community services, and ensure timely, equitable access to health services across the district.
