Uniting LAC role in Tamworth requires guiding participants through the NDIS, linking to services and helping them develop their plans. You will support families and carers, while meeting service delivery deadlines in a KPI-driven environment. The role offers 2 days of work-from-home, full-time permanent hours and a SCHADS-based salary.
Robust communication, empathy and adaptability are essential, with lived or NDIS experience highly valued to help participants access funding and plan outcomes.
