Work that really matters
The Supreme Court is the superior civil, criminal and appellate court within NSW. The Judges of the Court also comprise the Court of Appeal and Court of Criminal Appeal in addition to the exercise of judicial powers in common law (including criminal law) and equity (including probate and commercial) matters. The Registry within this court provides a wide range of services to Court users and the NSW community, and support services to the judiciary.

We collaborate with other agencies and community partners, to improve lives and realise the potential of children, adults, families and communities.
