About you
You are a strategic and solutions-focused HR professional who can build trusted partnerships, navigate complex workplace matters and influence positive organisational outcomes while leading others with confidence and professionalism.
You'll succeed in this role if you bring:
Proven ability to provide strategic workplace relations, employee relations and industrial relations advice on complex people matters.
Strong capability to partner with leaders and deliver practical HR solutions that support organisational objectives and workforce performance.
Experience leading investigations, reviews and organisational change initiatives, including preparing high-quality briefs, reports and recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement contemporary HR policies, procedures, systems and manager capability programs.
Solid analytical skills, including the ability to leverage workforce data and insights to inform decision-making, identify risks and improve outcomes.
Highly developed communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility across all organisational levels.
Demonstrated leadership capability, including developing, mentoring and supporting team members to achieve results.
An undergraduate or higher degree qualification in a human resources-related discipline would be highly regarded.
