A Great Team Culture
Enjoy a workplace where collaboration, respect, and positivity are at the heart of everything we do. We celebrate team bonding and believe that a happy team creates happy clients.
We are proud to provide our staff with industry leading Employee Assistance Program. Accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, this service is available to provide confidential counselling support, supporting staff mental health and wellbeing with a holistic approach at no cost to staff.
Responsive and Experienced Managers
Work with managers who listen, support, and value your input. Our flat leadership structure ensures your voice is heard, and your ideas matter.
All of our senior leaders at Supported Care began as Support Workers, and are regularly on site to listen and understand your concerns.
Opportunities for Advancement
Whether you're starting as a support worker or joining in a specialist role, we offer pathways for growth and professional development. Your career goals are important to us.
Greater than 3 out of 4 of Supported Care's Senior Leaders started as Support Workers with Supported Care. Every new role is always advertised internally first, and we are proud of our internal development and mentorship pathways.
We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible rosters to suit your lifestyle.
Our shifts include day shifts, weekend shifts, and overnight sleepover shifts; to suit your lifestyle. We have work available various settings:
In a shared working environment,
at locations where you can work alongside and collaborate with other Support Workers and receive support from onsite senior leaders.
In a community environment, where you can support customers to live their best lives and gain greater independence.
Training and Support
Gain access to ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities, so you're always growing and improving.
At Supported Care, we are committed to supporting the ongoing career development of our workforce.
We are very pleased to host our own online specialised Learning Academy, in which staff can access 80+ e-learning modules on demand, specialised to the clients we support.
Further, we run internal Training Workshops, delivered by a dedicated Training and Development Manager, in which staff are paid to attend specialised workshops that have been crafted to equip our workforce with the specialised skills they need to support our clients to live their best lives.
