chairside assisting with reception
and wants to build their skills across all areas of the practice.
Job Description
As a
Dental Assistant / Receptionist
, you'll play an important role in keeping the practice running smoothly and creating a positive experience for every patient.
Your day will include a mix of clinical and reception responsibilities, including:
Providing chairside assistance during a wide range of dental procedures.
Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining exceptional infection control standards.
Sterilising instruments and ensuring equipment is ready for clinical use.
Greeting patients with a warm, professional and caring approach.
Scheduling appointments, processing payments and managing patient records.
Responding to patient enquiries via phone, email and in person.
Supporting the team to ensure the practice operates efficiently each day.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, with the confidence to contribute from day one.
A positive, hardworking attitude and a genuine passion for dental care.




Excellent communication skills and a team-player mentality.
A commitment to professional development and learning.
Applicants must have or be willing to obtain a valid
Working with Children Check (WWCC)
