Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing specific mental health services to consumers under the care of the Clozapine team including physical assessment, collaborative care planning, therapeutic interventions and promotion of recovery in conjunction with medical officers, other Mental Health team clinicians and/ or GP.
Ensure that appropriate clinical assessments and tasks associated with Clozapine prescription are completed within the required timeframes.
Routine physical health screening of consumers with a focus on prevention, early detection and individualised education.
Providing education about Clozapine and being a knowledge source for the Multimorbidity Quality Improvement Strategy.
Salary between $****** - $*******p.a., employer contribution to superannuation ******%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 5) (Permanent Full-Time,



76hrs p.f.).
