Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive intake, triage and assessment services, coordinate patient-centred care, and support positive health outcomes for consumers presenting with complex needs.
This is a rewarding opportunity for a skilled clinician who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about delivering evidence-based, recovery-oriented care. You will utilise your clinical expertise, critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess, plan and coordinate care while collaborating closely with patients, families and healthcare professionals.
As part of the service, you will participate in a seven-day rotating roster, including night duty and public holidays, ensuring consumers receive timely access to specialist support when they need it most.
About You
You are a dedicated and adaptable Registered Nurse with a genuine passion for mental health care and improving outcomes for people experiencing mental health and alcohol and other drug (MHAOD) challenges. You hold current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and bring contemporary clinical nursing experience gained within an acute hospital, outpatient or similar healthcare setting.

An effective communicator, you build positive relationships with consumers, families and colleagues through your strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills. You are comfortable using electronic clinical information systems and recognise the importance of accurate and timely documentation. Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, you take a coordinated and outcome-focused approach to patient care and are committed to delivering person-centred, recovery-oriented services.
