The Criteria:
n

Previous experience as a Body Corporate Manager or Strata Manager
n
Experience managing or an eagerness to manage larger and more complex schemes
n
Strong understanding of the Body Corporate industry and relevant legislation
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Strong organisational and time management abilities
n
A positive, team-oriented attitude
n
Professional, proactive and client-focused approach
n
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
