Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort is seeking a friendly Front Office All-Rounder to join our resort team. You'll support Front Office and Guest Services, helping create a warm and seamless experience for guests from arrival through to departure.
You'll welcome guests with check-ins and check-outs, respond to enquiries, assist with luggage and porter services, and promote Accor loyalty programs while upselling where appropriate.
