Nextt is seeking an experienced male Disability Support Worker to provide dedicated 1:1 support to a male participant with a psychosocial disability in Slacks Creek, QLD. The role is permanent part time with a two-week rotating roster and occasional overnight sleepovers, delivering structured, person-centred and trauma-informed care.
