The Role
The Concierge TeamMember plays an integral role in the guest experience as you will be our client's customers' first point of contact. The Concierge must meet and greet all visitors to the customer service desk with a helpful and welcoming attitude and create amazing first impressions by assisting the guests with queries and special requests.
The role is to provide accurate and correct information & directions, anticipate customer needs and act immediately to resolve complaints; consistently striving to delight the customer by going above and beyond.
We are looking for an energetic people person who enjoys interacting with customers and the ability to achieve a level of service that consistently meets and exceeds the expectations of our clients and their customers.
This role is based at
Pacific Werribee.
This position is paid in accordance with the General Retail Industry Award ****
Role Requirements:
Impeccable presentation and grooming
5-star customer service skills
Have a positive and enthusiastic personality
The ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining composure




Delivering outcomes of the highest quality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to create lasting impressions and meaningful relationships
An ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Adequate flexibility and availability to work across a 7-day week, including Public Holidays
Prior customer-facing customer service or hospitality, retail, hotel concierge experience is preferred
Good knowledge of and a commitment to safe working practices
Be physically fit to carry out standard duties and ability to work on your feet for lengthy periods
Must have valid work rights in Australia
