Are You the Right Fit?
We are seeking a respected and passionate maternity clinician who is committed to developing others, advancing clinical excellence and supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality maternity care. You will bring strong leadership, educational expertise and a genuine commitment to professional growth and workforce capability.
Demonstrated experience as a maternity nurse with a commitment to accountability, reflective practice and ongoing professional development.
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, coach and inspire staff to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care.
Proven ability to design, deliver and evaluate education programs that meet the diverse learning needs of clinicians across maternity services.
Strong understanding of relevant legislation, skilled standards and codes of conduct, with the confidence to appropriately address unsafe or unprofessional practice.
A positive role model who consistently demonstrates contemporary leadership behaviours and upholds the NSW Health Code of Conduct, values and expectations in everyday practice.

Do you currently hold Authority to Practice as a Registered Midwife with AHPRA and possess a postgraduate qualification in a relevant clinical field or education? Please attach copies of your AHPRA registration and postgraduate qualification to your application.
