Medical Records Manager Grade 1: $108,****** per annum
General Administration Staff Grade 11: $102,****** per annum
In addition to base salary, all roles attract 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

The Deputy Clinical Information Manager (D/CIM) is responsible for the management of medicolegal matters for Fairfield Hospital (Clinical Information) and will assist in the management and leadership of the Clinical Information Service.
Are You the Right Fit?
For this role you will need a Degree in Health Information Management or equivalent and eligibility for full membership of the HIMAA or equivalent experience working in Clinical Information .
Selection Criteria

Completed degree in Health Information Management and eligibility for full membership of the HIMAA or equivalent experience working in Clinical Information.
Proven knowledge of NSW Ministry of Health policies and guidelines on confidentiality of patient information
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in managing,
organising and processing medicolegal requests
Demonstrated high-level computer skills with knowledge and experience using the Cerner Patient Administration System (eMR) and Microsoft Office
Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team and work unsupervised
Proven ability to organise and prioritise a high-volume workload and meet deadlines
Previous supervisory experience with proven administrative and organisational skills
Demonstrated excellent communication and customer service skills; with the ability to communicate with a variety of staff and third parties including doctors, patients; solicitors, allied health staff etc.
