Key Responsibilities:
Set reservation policies and standards, ensuring guest details and preferences are captured accurately across all channels.
Manage inventory and room allocations to maximise occupancy and revenue.
Recruit, train and coach a high-performing reservations team.
Resolve escalated guest issues and ensure consistently excellent service.
Shape pricing, promotions and packages with Operations and Sales & Marketing.




Own the reservations budget and report on occupancy, revenue and KPIs.
Keep systems and processes optimised for the team and the guest.
What You'll Bring:
Experience in reservations or a similar hotel role, with systems knowledge (Opera, iVvy).
Strong leadership: sets expectations, empowers and coaches the team.
