Unitywater is seeking a Contact Centre Team Leader (South) to lead a multi-channel Customer Service Officers team across locations and to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Based at our Southern Corporate Centre in Mango Hill, the role oversees weekday operations 8am-5pm with potential after-hours support.
