About the Role
As RTO manager,



leading VET in line with school/ departmental initiatives and RTO compliance
Leading curriculum implementation across several qualifications including the effective teaching, assessment and compliance of VET qualifications
Line management of the Flexible Learning Program Futures from years 7-12
Line management of coordinators and progression monitoring for a range of students involved in VET qualifications
Develop quality pedagogy with VET Trainers and VET Expert Team
Other RTO management responsibilities in accordance with ASQA and QCAA requirements
