About the role
n
As Senior Facilities Manager QLD,you'llindependently manage the day‐to‐day operations of a mixed‐use commercial,healthcareand retail asset on the fringe of Brisbane CBD, ensuring itremainssafe, compliant, functional and well‐presented.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Coordinate maintenance programs across hard services, building systems and all contractor activity.
n
Monitor the building's condition,identifyissues early and drivetimelyfollow‐up while acting as the main on‐site contact for clients and occupiers.
n
Work closely with the owner's on‐site representative to manage building priorities,expectationsand operational needs.
n
Oversee contractor access and service delivery to ensure safe,compliantand low‐disruption operations across the site.
n
Maintainaccuraterecords and respond to daily operational issues,



including work orders, compliancedocumentationand incident follow‐up.
n
