You are a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse who is committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care and thrives in a collaborative surgical environment. You enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team and take pride in supporting patients throughout their journey.
Passionate about providing safe, high-quality, patient-centred care that promotes positive patient outcomes and experiences.
Strong communication and teamwork skills,



with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, patients and families.
Confident in delivering pre- and post-operative care, undertaking clinical assessments and responding to changing patient needs.
Demonstrates sound clinical judgement through the timely recognition, escalation and management of patient deterioration.
Committed to infection prevention, patient safety and maintaining accurate clinical documentation and effective handovers.
Enjoys educating patients and families, supporting discharge planning and supporting smooth transitions of care.
