They're now looking for someone to lead a Client Delivery Pod and take ownership of a $1m+ portfolio.

The Role
n
You'll own the client relationships, the advisory conversations, and the commercial performance of a serious portfolio. You'll be the person clients call when they're wrestling with a decision - not just when tax time rolls around.
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
Owning and leading client relationships across a $1m+ portfolio
n
Running advisory conversations that actually move the needle - strategy, performance, decision-making
n
Translating the numbers into insight clients can act on
n
Spotting opportunities to do more for clients, and converting them
n
Leading, coaching and developing your Associate Advisor,



Senior Accountant and wider Pod
n
Owning the commercial engine of your portfolio - pricing, scope, WIP, profitability
n
Keeping quality and risk tight, with final sign-off across advisory and compliance work
n
You'll get real autonomy here, backed by a firm that gives you room to lead and the support to do it well.

What My Client Is Looking For
n
Runs on the board managing a client portfolio and leading advisory engagements
n
Experience reviewing and signing off complex compliance work
n
A track record of developing people, not just managing them
n
Solid commercial instincts - you understand revenue, recovery, WIP and what actually drives profitability
n
The ability to sit across from a business owner and simplify the complicated
n
