Job Description
KBH Solutions Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking a Customer Service & Administration Officer to join the Southport team. The role blends customer service, account administration and soft collections, supporting loan accounts and payment arrangements while maintaining CRM records.

You will manage enquiries, process changes, and contribute to team performance in a busy, customer-focused workplace. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with no nights or weekends.
