CQID is recruiting for a Program Mentor - Reconnection, Employment and Learning (REAL) based in Rockhampton, Queensland. This full time permanent role supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants transitioning from incarceration into the community, delivering personalised mentoring and practical assistance.
Under supervision, the Mentor maintains a participant caseload and develops Individual Action Plans while providing outreach across pre-release, release and post-release stages
