In this role, you'll:
You will support document management processes across programs and projects, ensuring effective storage, control and retrieval of critical project information.
You will maintain document quality and version control in complex project environments, ensuring teams work from accurate and approved information.
You will manage document distribution, filing and system access to support efficient project delivery and business outcomes.
You have experience using document management systems such as InEight and TeamBinder.
You have demonstrated experience in document control and information management within project or program environments.
You're recognised as cooperative and accountable,
skilled at communicating clearly and solving problems using evidence-based approaches.
You bring experience in records management and document systems to achieve quality, compliance and consistent project outcomes.
Location
This role must be based from Sydney CBD office, 680 George St with hybrid working arrangements.
