We're excited to welcome a casual Administration Officer to our Nambour Facility.
The Administration Officer provides a high level of confidential administrative support for the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS). This position is a prime point of contact for internal communication daily and externally with various departments and agencies. As a Casual Administration Officer for the Facility Management Team, you will be available for casual placement into various Administration roles across various departments and directorates across our Nambour Facility.

Key Responsibilities
Exercise judgement when necessary to solve immediate problems in situations where precedents have not been set and procedures not defined.
Effectively communicate with customers and demonstrate understanding, empathy, patience, and a positive service focus.
Provide high quality confidential administration support to the team.
Act as a primary point of contact for all incoming and outgoing communication.
